Freaking EASY Fast Recipes ~~ The DUMP LIST

If you have been reading through my Blog Posts
Hopefully You have found how I make fun of myself & my companion ADD
I Am One who is Not Lazier than Hell, but if it's not a fast project I tend to start & Not finish.
Heck most of the time just thinking about what I have to do (empty sink, clean etc) I get tired just thinking about starting to make anything to eat.
One of the reasons I love fresh Fruit & Veggies (Grab & GO)
I LOVE Desserts, In fact I think all holidays should not be gift giving or turkey baking
The Holidays should ONLY be about Desserts!!
To My Horror!!!
BACON Is said to go Great with everything!
Even Ice Cream!
So
I've complied a list of Desserts That I LOVE To STICK IN MY FACE
that takes only a few ingredients & Turn out Ever So GOOD!
Being the way I AM, I typically find myself Not wanting to deal with baking.
1st off I've come to the conclusion Years ago, I can not do certain things...
Math, Crocheting, Keeping plants growing, & Baking
Not my strong points
HERE'S MY DUMP LIST!
Give it a try

DUMP
(All recipes You can add to: nuts, raisins, choco chips, m&m’s etc)
CAKE MIX COOKIES
1 package Cake mix
2 eggs
½ C oil

Mix together, Ungreased cookie sheet, roll into SMALL balls, Like tsp Size
 bake 350 for 4-10 mins (the bigger is NOT better) Could add baking powder to make them Stay puffed up.
The cookies will Fise & then Spread Flat as baking,
I'll be adding Pictures of my Fails & Finally Triumph of this recipe Soon
My ADD gets the best of me & I make Huge Balls,

Then I make them a bit smaller

Then Finally they come out nicely sized

The cookies do set and are Not very soft
Can Ice or add To For Flavor
But they are great when adding white choco-chips, raisins or flavored oatmeal!
I'm trying to think of what I might have to put in the cookies......
Since I do not bake, I don't think I have anything fun.
I'm not craving cookies anyhow
But What I am Craving!!! Look Below!
My Next YUM YUM ADD RECIPE TRY!
FUNNEL CAKE!

Funnel Cake
Ingredients:
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
 Directions:
1. In a deep skillet, heat about two cups of oil over medium-high heat until hot. Test the temperature by dropping a pinch of flour into the hot oil. If it sizzles right away without smoking, it's perfect.
2. Beat egg and milk. Mix all other ingredients in a separate bowl and slowly add to the egg mixture, beating until smooth.
3. Using a funnel, drop into hot oil working from center outwards in a web pattern. (You can use a gallon sized freezer bag instead of a funnel by pouring the batter into the bag, snipping off a small corner of it, and squeezing the batter into the oil.)
4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, remove from the oil when golden brown and crispy.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Okay so that was Great! (Pictures of ADD Coming soon!)
But I did not have Powdered sugar or Honey Or Syrup!!
and everyone that has had funnel cake KNOWS There HAS to be a topping!!
DAMN YOU ADD & FOOD SHOPPING!
I'm going to have to make a List of parts and pieces I normally can not afford to buy.
BAKING SUPPLIES!
Peanut butter cookies
1c peanut butter
1 egg
1c sugar
Mix all, make into SMALL balls, squish down (Just a Little squish though) Bake 350 10-13mins Ungreased baking sheet
Yep, All the dump cookies for now on,,, USE SMALL BALLS!!!
They were very good!!! But if you did not have diabetes before hand, You will after 1 of these cookies. Make Sure you Have a glass of Milk to dislodge from throat after chewing.
My husbands reaction was Hilarious!
He eats like a 4 year old, Crams everything in his face, eats faster than his taste buds can react to a sugar shock.
I think these are better than ritalin! (which I've never taken, but found several spellings for).
Picks you up and Knocks You Out!
The Naked shoppers are not just at Walmart anymore!
Sometimes it's just to early
To See Straight
I Really Tried this morning to make this trip something
 I could get into.
I didn't feel so bad after getting to the 1st thrift
"Goodwill @ the Islands"
It's a nice clean area,
Always full of unique fun stuff Odds and Ends
But for the past few weeks, I really feel like I haven't been missing much
OTHER THAN THIS GUY
Nothing better than the Almost Naked Shopper!
(Photo Below)
Can You see him?
60 something, Sporting his Beer gut & bright yellow half shirt!!
Normally, we see many cross dressers and such
But this guy is the first of his kind!
As I am the Bushy Bed head Crazy Lady with a camera
I will Name The Almost Naked Shopper;  Fredrick!
I Promise I will Start Moving faster when Getting Pictures of the Nakkids
This picture is disappointing But It was the Only shot I could get without being totally Obvious!
On our excursion
here are some of the shelving units that had the fun stuff
Very Clean floors
No old musty or dusty smells
I just love this one!
See anything you think I should have grabbed?
It's so sad that 80% of these Items will be Broken in one way or another by the end of the week!
Gotta Save what I can!
Get them for a good price ($1 or Less)
&
Into the hands of someone who really falls in love with it!
And still afford to pay the selling fees, Somehow!
Below is the boobie lady teapot, no lid and was apparently used as a planter
Before arriving here
I'm sure someone bought her
Just not my bag baby!
:)
There are so many 2nd time around shops to hit here in Mesa,
I have not been out to do the inventory shopping for about a month
And I have gone through some withdrawals but I do think it's time to set up my boutique.
I have so many interested buyers who do not want to pay for shipping (I totally Understand)
But I do not want to deal with Strangers Entering my home OR having to meet up with someone
In order to make a sale.
So I am in the process of turning my garage into a weekend Boutique
If you are looking for a certain style or item and are Local,
You are so welcome to come join me in the shop on the weekends!
I'll provide the location on my website
SOON I'll even have a DOOR to the Boutique!
YEY!
