Freaking EASY Fast Recipes ~~ The DUMP LIST

If you have been reading through my Blog Posts
Hopefully You have found how I make fun of myself & my companion ADD
I Am One who is Not Lazier than Hell, but if it's not a fast project I tend to start & Not finish.
Heck most of the time just thinking about what I have to do (empty sink, clean etc) I get tired just thinking about starting to make anything to eat.
One of the reasons I love fresh Fruit & Veggies (Grab & GO)
I LOVE Desserts, In fact I think all holidays should not be gift giving or turkey baking
The Holidays should ONLY be about Desserts!!
To My Horror!!!
BACON Is said to go Great with everything!
Even Ice Cream!
So
I've complied a list of Desserts That I LOVE To STICK IN MY FACE
that takes only a few ingredients & Turn out Ever So GOOD!
Being the way I AM, I typically find myself Not wanting to deal with baking.
1st off I've come to the conclusion Years ago, I can not do certain things...
Math, Crocheting, Keeping plants growing, & Baking
Not my strong points
HERE'S MY DUMP LIST!
Give it a try

DUMP
(All recipes You can add to: nuts, raisins, choco chips, m&m’s etc)
CAKE MIX COOKIES
1 package Cake mix
2 eggs
½ C oil

Mix together, Ungreased cookie sheet, roll into SMALL balls, Like tsp Size
 bake 350 for 4-10 mins (the bigger is NOT better) Could add baking powder to make them Stay puffed up.
The cookies will Fise & then Spread Flat as baking,
I'll be adding Pictures of my Fails & Finally Triumph of this recipe Soon
My ADD gets the best of me & I make Huge Balls,

Then I make them a bit smaller

Then Finally they come out nicely sized

The cookies do set and are Not very soft
Can Ice or add To For Flavor
But they are great when adding white choco-chips, raisins or flavored oatmeal!
I'm trying to think of what I might have to put in the cookies......
Since I do not bake, I don't think I have anything fun.
I'm not craving cookies anyhow
But What I am Craving!!! Look Below!
My Next YUM YUM ADD RECIPE TRY!
FUNNEL CAKE!

Funnel Cake
Ingredients:
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
 Directions:
1. In a deep skillet, heat about two cups of oil over medium-high heat until hot. Test the temperature by dropping a pinch of flour into the hot oil. If it sizzles right away without smoking, it's perfect.
2. Beat egg and milk. Mix all other ingredients in a separate bowl and slowly add to the egg mixture, beating until smooth.
3. Using a funnel, drop into hot oil working from center outwards in a web pattern. (You can use a gallon sized freezer bag instead of a funnel by pouring the batter into the bag, snipping off a small corner of it, and squeezing the batter into the oil.)
4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, remove from the oil when golden brown and crispy.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Okay so that was Great! (Pictures of ADD Coming soon!)
But I did not have Powdered sugar or Honey Or Syrup!!
and everyone that has had funnel cake KNOWS There HAS to be a topping!!
DAMN YOU ADD & FOOD SHOPPING!
I'm going to have to make a List of parts and pieces I normally can not afford to buy.
BAKING SUPPLIES!
Peanut butter cookies
1c peanut butter
1 egg
1c sugar
Mix all, make into SMALL balls, squish down (Just a Little squish though) Bake 350 10-13mins Ungreased baking sheet
They were very good!!! But if you did not have diabetes before hand, You will after 1 of these cookies. Make Sure you Have a glass of Milk to dislodge from throat after chewing.
My husbands reaction was Hilarious!
He eats like a 4 year old, Crams everything in his face, eats faster than his taste buds can react to a sugar shock.
I think these are better than ritalin! (which I've never taken, but found several spellings for).
I sold & Lost this! I found it! Miami Dolphins T shirt
 Oh, well sometimes it happens
A shirt or something will Finally sell & it is NOT located where I had thought I had put it. What happened was, I washed the shirt so I could seal it in plastic to keep it safe while in inventory. Well you know how it goes, Work at home, 24 Thousand kids, Meals, cleaning, phone calls, schedules, appointments, errands, did I mention cleaning?
Apparently I washed up a Load of "Resale items", folded everything and placed them in the safe zone until I could finish. I threw everything on ebay, which then sells & I forget where that Safe Zone IS!
We all do it, I will NOT blame it on ADD this time. I will simply say, "I have 4 of me, and sometimes we forget to talk to each other" :)
Well I have found the stash of Clothes Included this Shirt! So On Line it goes and STRAIGHT INTO INVENTORY THIS TIME!
WoW Windy Day!
Winds are hitting 55 mph today!
It's suppose to only hit 72 degrees & I've already had to shut my doors!
Freezing me Out!
So you know how I've decided to go blue, creams & gold
in the front room
I've decided that This piece will go Lovely along with the decor!
I have it for sale on the bonanza site
But It is just to beautiful NOT to enjoy until it sells
I Think I'm going to go through the "Other" items I have to see if I
Can find a Placement for them
Today is Just one of those beautiful days
to be full of Beauty!
I will be out hunting again here soon
I Swear!
Until then here are a few of the other items that would go
With the re deco of the house
Florals & Lattice Print ~ 1970's Vintage Era ~ ...$45.00
$25.00  Angel Cherub Jewelry Ring dish holder Porcelain...
Table top Ceramic Glazed Cross ~ $25.00
Old Ceramic Pottery Soap stone carved Frog $18.00
I have so many fun finds
That brings harmony & balance to any room
My home has always been one to find healing & peace
From the reality you may be living in
It is time to bring in and recharge Ourselves
Like a breath of Fresh Air
The Swing of Spring
~~~INSPIRATION ROOM~~
The colors I would Like to work with this year are
Cream, Blue, Gold & Green
Redo of the brightest room in my house
(The picture Below Is NOT my home
But the style Is Do-able in my small 16x24foot front room MINUS The Huge coffee table!)
Of course I could NOT have my furniture set in the center of the room
We'll have to see where they end up

Spring Is Here!
You know what that means!
As The Seasons change
So does my diet & Interior of my home
It's 15 mins till noon on a bright Wednesday
Suppose to hit around 85 degrees today & I'm inside Trying to Figure out
What my living room is transforming into
It is time for a Fresh New Spring/Summer approach

Many of you know, If I can not remake it for cheap to Free
I will not do it

NEEDS Vs. WANTS
I'd like the interior of my home to reflect me
But I feel as though the front entry room should be Simplistic, Breathable Comfy, Cozy Yet Active
Something that inspires Movement & Coffee Time
Maybe a reading zone section?
I Love the colors together,
(Accent wall will be neutral creamy yellow & the remaining 3 walls Satin White)
*I Need a platform that Looks Clean and Stays Looking CleanEven when it has 12 people running around.
I Need Function as well as Beauty
I Need easy to move & Remove
I do not WANT dust makers or Collectors
And I want my front windows to be a View point!
After my hard work on the front yard
Looking out the front windows will be So Beautiful!

*Therefore, Knowing what I do what & what Will Not work
For my lifestyle
So far this is what I've come up with

Cream and Not White
White Never survives in my home

(This couch picture is NOT of my own couch
The picture is used just to jot down the ideas I'm Looking for)

I have 2 Short sofas
I will be out looking for creamy Grandma Style Knit blankets
To make Couch covers out of.
I can get the blankets for $1 or less!
Easy!

The Throw pillows I bought a few weeks ago
for the dining room table chairs will Work Perfectly

For the new LookI'll recover some other throw pillows for the dining room Later

~~MY FRONT ROOM~~

My front room is Literally the size of a 1970's doctors waiting room
Very small
So I love this Planter Idea!
Keeping the boxes Up off the ground
Easy to mop & move around
( I Hate Dust & dog hair on the floors)
Maybe using a cream colored paint to stay with the accent colors.
Could go Gold, but to much color in this room makes it Feel really crowded
But the Green accents in this room will be supplied by Plants
(More than Likely Tall Grasses)

For the Walls I am Looking for Mirrors
Greek style Gold accents

For the cost of about 500 pennies
A Copper accent is easy to make!
I think I'll give it a go!
Whatch think is the Idea coming together?
Is it feeling Fresh & Breezy?
I think So!
Let's consider the floor!
I'd Love to get that White marble Laminate tile back
It was so Pretty & Durable
But I do not have funds for flooring,
Even a do it yourself style
OH HECK NO!
I'd start and Never Finish!

~Floors~
I would LOVE to rip out this Wooden look floor
But then that means Paying for the new tile I'd like to install

Well, Just can't do that
I've seen the Brown paper bag DIY flooring project
Yey For you to figure that out & To have the Energy to stick with such a Project

DIY Brown paper bag flooring
But Honestly HECK NO!

Way to much for my Add!
So the floors are staying to my husbands Relief
So As I sit here Dreaming on this Wednesday
It's time To Empty out this room.
An Empty room gets done faster
Than a room still decorated.

Since I'm Not going to go to $ Days at the Local Goodwill
Anytime soon
I think I'll get busy on removing the shelves
And Get started on Collecting those shiney pennies!

~KB
