What a Great Treasure!
Prints such as these are reproductions produced by The Artistic Publishing Company
They were produced as lithos from actual Paintings of Women's Fashions used to advertised the latest styles from Paris For Newspapers printings.
The actual paintings were done everything from oil on canvas to hand colored in pencil.
This print seems to be of one taken from another done in pencil.
In this picture
It shows 2 Ladies in Victorian Gowns

As her friend listensI have visited several blogs, websites
to learn more about the lithos

(? I can not tell the date that the litho was made from~ The date on the litho has nothing to do about WHEN the litho was produced~ That year I can not see ~ My guess from the paper & nails used on the back 1950 - 1960's )
No. 53
~ On the other corner ~ It's just to small to see
There is what appears to be water marks in one of the corners

This print does not have a certificate or anything of that nature.
And I have NOT tried to remove it from the frame
The nails & paper on the back are just so Old I hate to bother them.
I'm selling it as a Vintage Wall Hanging Print W/ the Details I can see on it & About it.
The backside has been opened Exposing Old nails that hold the print in the frame
The paper on the back is so old & thin that I'm afraid to try to tape it close.
The frame is Wooden But painted and Gives it a Plastic feeling. The frame is old, Unique & has some small dents or nicks in various places (please see all photos)
I have NO Problem at all Keeping this Print In my home Forever :)

Photo at top Looks All messed up, but it's not,
What appears to be damage is really My shadow Image being reflected off of the glass which covers the print.
Note Water damage on photo below
There is a lot of reflection from the glass & flash from camera
