Her Head Looks to be made from a Gourde
It is actually a fiber fabric Glazed over and over to give it a ceramic type look!

As her body is made from what looks or feels to be a Paper Mache!
I have found out that these dolls are made though out Latin America
And given in times of Celebrations

I have NOT come across another one yet
In Gorgeous Condition
She stands Approx 8-9 inches tall
Dress is in Fabulous condition!
Cutest little toes!
